“Kid Fun Chinese” program is one of the specialty programs offered by SkyCresto. It is uniquely designed to teach young children simple Chinese words and sentences through a variety of interactive ways. It is not only about teaching Chinese. It is more about training and developing children’s spatial cognition, visual sensitivity, sensory perception and memory storage by teaching Chinese characters. Chinese language is an image-based language that exercises both sides of the brain, especially the right hemisphere of the brain which is in charge of interpreting and memorizing images. This program will make full use of a great variety of means to expose children to Chinese as much as possible in class. It is also helpful in building up the Chinese language foundation for children’s future use or further learning.
